This is about the post I made a week ago about a user sending money and not using Step 2 of 2 to inform me. I still haven’t heard from him so I still don’t know what account to put that money. I do know his complete name, but I can’t match that with any accounts. The first time you send money or if you change the method you send, please make sure to complete Step 2 of 2 in the Control Panel which will inform me correctly. Best if you use Step 2 of 2 every time as it speeds up me identifying your account, prevents me from putting it in the wrong account, and that step sends me a special alert which notifies me that someone has topped up. Anytime you send money and it hasn’t yet been added to your account within a few hours, let me know. Obviously let me know what method, how much, your name, etc… so I can verify it. I normally am able to add funds within minutes, but may take a couple hours at times I’m busy.
