We have received a bank transfer on the 18th of April but the sender did not complete Step 2 of 2 in our Control Panel, which is essential for identifying the sender. Bank transfers sometimes take several days to arrive so if you’ve sent funds by bank transfer within the past week, did not notify me, and have NOT received the funds in your account then please contact me directly to discuss this.
