New Sponsorship Helps Poy Pay Rent

We’re happy to share that one of the other girls’ sponsors was kind enough to Macro sponsor Poy for a month. Micro Sponsorships are 5,000 baht, so this generous contribution is enough to cover two months’ rent. However, Poy still hadn’t paid the 1,000 baht she owed the landlord from months ago. After speaking with the landlord, he mentioned that he had asked her several times, but she always promised to pay soon - which unfortunately never happened. I know she never tried.

To resolve this, we used 1,000 baht of the sponsorship fee to get Poy fully up to date on her rent. Her next rent is due in a few days, and we’ll make sure it’s paid on time. The remaining 1,500 baht from the sponsorship will go towards November’s rent.

I gave Poy the payment schedule and plan. I also told her not to talk crazy to me. She was surprised and asked why I said that as she hadn’t said anything wrong. I told her that I know she would. A few minutes later, she’s complaining about not being able to get ahold of the money to spend on other things. I reminded her of what I said. This girl just doesn’t seem to think she should have to pay rent! Her landlord has been beyond kind to her and avoided issuing high daily penalty fees when she’s late like all other landlords do.

We are still looking for at least one more sponsor for Poy as soon as possible. One more will help cover her electricity each month and complete the rent for November. Rest assured, any sponsorship money will go directly to the landlord, ensuring her rent is paid on time. Any additional earnings Poy makes from her blogs, custom requests, webcam, etc on the site will be used for food and necessities for her and her son. So please do send hearts on her blogs.

She has promised to post blogs more often. And I have promised to help out by buying her some badly needed clothing. I noticed from her blogs that she’s still wearing the clothing I bought for her as gifts to help her and her sister out back in 2022. She’s ordering the clothing so it’ll take time for some of it to arrive so be patient.
