🚨 Important Reminder: Complete Step 2 of 2 to Get Your Funds Faster 🚨
I’ve noticed many users skipping Step 2 of 2 which is listed in the Control Panel after making a payment. I've been asking everyone to complete this step for many months and this step is listed as required as the appropriate way to notify me about your payment so I can add the funds to your account. Yet most continue to skip this step even after I’ve asked.
💡 Why Step 2 of 2 Is Important:
Without it, I don’t know which account to credit, especially if you forget to include your Fan ID in the transfer. Often I can figure it out, but takes much longer than if you used Step 2 of 2. Plus, there are many customers now with the same or similar names and when I'm trying to guess the account that's what I'd use so chance it'll go into the wrong account.
Bank transfers often remove the extra text, including your Fan ID, so I have no way to match it to your account unless you complete Step 2.
The other day, a user with more than one account (which isn’t allowed) skipped Step 2 and didn’t include his Fan ID. I accidentally added the funds to the wrong account. Correcting this is very difficult for me because the system automatically triggers other features when funds are added, and those changes are hard to reverse manually. As such, I left those funds for now in the account I added them.
I am either busy working or sleeping, nothing in-between. When I am busy or sleep I mute all notifications except the notification sent by Step 2. So it's faster to notify me if you complete this required step.
Step 2 of 2 is a simple form that only asks 2 things, (1) The payment method and (2) the amount. Easy to complete, but the form actually sends me a lot more data which is important for me to identify what account I should add the funds to help prevent a mistake from happening.
🕐 What Happens If You Skip Step 2?
If you skip Step 2, I will manually review transactions at the end of the day, but only if I can find your Fan ID in the payment details.
If no Fan ID was listed, your funds will not be added until you complete Step 2 of 2 to tell me about your payment.
If you notified me by Chat so I know your exact Fan ID, I will try to process your top up at the end of the day. Better to use Step 2 of 2 for faster processing.
⚠️ Please Complete Step 2 Within 24 Hours
I currently have several top ups from yesterday and today sitting unprocessed because Step 2 wasn’t completed.
Please try to complete Step 2 of 2 immediately after sending funds or at the very least within 24 hours. I can’t keep track of pending payments for days. That will more likely lead to mistakes so I will put a limit on the length of time to avoid that.
