User who sent money for a Top Up and not had it added to his account yet please contact me
Received money yesterday from a user, but he did not use Step 2 of 2 listed in the Control Panel to notify me. I have no idea what account to put the money into so please use Step 2 of 2 so I will know.
List the correct amount and method and I’ll know it’s you.
