I’ve officially brought back the Loan Program for the girls — but this time, with smarter rules designed to reward consistency, effort, and responsibility.
In the past, I let the girls vote on who should receive a loan — even when I knew some of the choices weren’t good. I stepped back and let them decide, but many didn’t take it seriously and voted yes for girls who clearly weren’t reliable. Many of the girls weren’t thinking like leaders — even with anonymous voting, they didn’t make choices based on what was best for the group, and rarely voted no when they should have. So girls got loans who never even tried to repay the loan, and some left the site entirely. That meant I lost money and couldn’t help the ones who truly needed support. With 0% interest and no consequences, it also encouraged girls to take loans they didn’t really need.
That’s why I’ve restructured the system:
Voting has been removed. All girls are now automatically eligible for a loan once they’ve been on the site for at least 3 months.
Girls can borrow up to 50% of what they earned over the past 3 months, with a maximum of 5,000 baht. (This should help ensure faster repayment.)
The site calculates loan eligibility and the exact amount automatically--no favoritism. Those who qualify can receive a loan with minimal questions.
Repayment is automatic — 50% of each Cash Out goes toward the loan, so they can continue earning while paying it back.
A loan must be fully repaid before another one can be taken.
Interest now starts at 10% instead of 0% as before — just enough to discourage unnecessary borrowing, but still far better than outside lenders.
If a girl stops following the clear suggestions for earning more (like staying active and posting blogs — which they agree to do before receiving the loan), the interest rate automatically increases: first to 15% after one week, then up to a maximum of 20% if they continue to ignore the suggestions for yet another week. Basically, lie and pay more.
This balanced approach keeps the girls motivated and ensures that loan support goes to those who are serious about building connections and staying active.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support the girls — this system helps keep them online and growing.
